Maitre d’hôtel Butter

This is a basic herb
butter that you can play around with trying different variations. The
taste however, is not basic, just the name makes you sound like a
seasoned chef.
It
goes well with steak, vegetables or as a sandwich spread.
½ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
A pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Let butter reach room temperature
2. Whip to a thick creamy consistency
3.
Blend in other ingredients
4.
Shape or form into moulds
5.
Chill for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to develop |
