This quick and thrifty dish can be made
in less than 20 minutes. If you don't have tarragon on hand try 2
tablespoons freshly chopped chervil or 1 tablespoon freshly chopped
marjoram.
This spicy chicken gets its wonderful

prepared up to two hours ahead. The spices will permeate the meat as
in a marinade.

week family meal but equally suited for special guests.

cheese and cream.

In Moroccan cooking, cilantro and parsley
are commonly used herbs, often in quantity, along with spices such as
cumin, saffron and cinnamon.
In this recipe the chicken is simmered
whole in a sauce laden with the herbs and spices and then the sauce is
reduced and poured over the tender meat.

my favourite chicken noodle soup recipes. To boost its cold fighting
properties add 1 tablespoon grated ginger and 3 cloves crushed garlic. |
